Bukaj is a beautiful flower shaped baklava, made of the best filo pastry, stuffed and topped with extra pistachio. This baklava variety consists of thinly sliced layers of phyllo that is shredded and stuffed with the addition of diverse nuts. Each object of the dough is layered to leave a quarter for privacy, and then salted and then treated with butter and sugar.
